Arriving to Narita airport. My first step on the japanese ground. I went to the immigration and here, a 40 min wait. After that, I bought my ticket for the Narita Express.

After 3 or 4 movies, a little sleep. We passed over Russia to go to Japan.

In the plane

6H40 PM, the plane takeoff. The air hostess give me a paper for the immigration but I don't know what was it. For the lunch, I ate rice/salmon/potatoes/black mushroom. During the fly, a lot of movies are avaible. I can see Casino Royal and A night in the museum. Those movies are very bad.... for me.

6h44 AM. I leave Nancy to Paris. I arrive at Gare de l'est at 9h20 AM. My cousin come and take me to his home. I'm looking for a present for you. It's hard to find a typical "french" present. I leave Paris to Charles de Gaulle. My fly is at 6h PM.

水 125g
バター 125g

前夜祭

篩う 薄力粉. する 井戸泉. 加える 塩, 砂糖, イースト, 水. 混ぜる. 練る 15分. 下ろす パテ 内部 サラダ鉢. 覆う. 生やす. 合体する バター. 混ぜる, 蓄える 30分 冷蔵庫. 混ぜる 二倍 蓄える 15分 冷蔵庫. 混ぜる 二倍. 蓄える 夜.

混ぜる. する 四角 15cm 脇. 切断する 三角形. 転がす 三角形. 配置する クロワッサン 内部 高温槽 50°C
何時 クロワッサン ダブル こんがり焼く with 卵.
炊く 20分 200°C
